Dollar Tree Counterfeit of Spyderco Delica?

Does this knife qualify as a counterfeit of the Delica?

It has the same basic shape but no actual opening hole.

They go for a dollar each. Can you imagine what low quality steel and plastic that must be? Gross.

They are crap. I have one with "Maxam" on it, a company I dealt from the US years ago that makes cheap copies of everything.
I bought it for that exact reason, to see how crap it what.

They set the bar low and still failed to achieve it !

The plastics crap, the blade is loose (side to side).

Doesn't violate an Spyderco patents, trademarks or copyrights. Yes, it looks vaguely like a Delica, but it's not even close to being a counterfeit.
