rock salt questions

Postby Drb8607 » Sat Jan 27, 2018 12:01 pm

I just purchased my first spyderco knife and couldn't be happier. It's the sprint run rock salt! I am curious if anyone had suggestions as to a good way to secure the knife in its sheath as there is no strap and I will be very active and mobile while carrying this knife. Also have never had a lanyard on the end of a knife but would like one. Any suggestions would be great!

Well my Rock Salt fits and snaps nicely in the sheath and won't come out unless you intentionally want it to.
It rattles a bit inside but it's totally secured and strongly pressed against the sheath's protrusion, which is wherethe knife ricasso (guard portion where the scales meet the blade) rests
