Hi everyone! I'm hoping I can get some help trying to identify the knife I have. As far as I know it's a Spyderco knife but I can't figure out what model it is. I found it when we were cleaning out my mom's house after it flooded in the last hurricane and found it among the various items that use to belong to my dad in the closet. The closest thing I can find that looks remotely similar to it is a Delica but it's not the correct shape on the handle.

The only identifying markers are on the clip, with the Spyderco symbol and the blade which on onside reads Syperco AUS-8 and Japan on the other side.
I want to send it to Spyderco to get the serrations reground as there seems to be small nicks in the blade, but I wanted to identify it first if it's an actual Sypderco knife or some knock-off before I end up wasting and time sending it to Sypderco.
