Authentic? Probably for that particular model. Preowned? Good chance it will be.

Amazon can be hit or miss. I've gotten authentic knives and two fakes. I have Amazon Prime and returned them without a problem. I now only buy my Spydercos from authorized dealers. I may pay a few bucks more but it's all about peace of mind.
