Spyderco C92 PAP Kopa pearl w/Abalone

I have been offered a chance to buy a C92 PAP Kopa in pearl with Abalone dividers. Looks bran new. What is a fair price. Is this a rare knife or are they available everywhere?

All Kopas are discontinued for a long time (Pearl/Abalone since 2007, MSRP at that time was USD 240,-) and were only available in batch sizes of 600 pieces each. One can say they are rare pocket knifes. A fair price makes you and the seller happy, it depends on you both :)
