It'd probably be an interesting knife, if it didn't have the Spyderco brand on it.
We've seen companies like Sanrenmu and Enlan make some interesting knives under their own branding, so Chinese companies can do it when they choose to. Making clones of other people's products is something that's happened in other businesses, it's a little icky, but whatever, however copying another manufacturers branding and attaching it to either your own product, or a product copied from them is definitely beyond the pale.
