Looks real to me. But he may be lying and he might have modded the knife blade shape or it might just be a fake.

He does say that he made the handles himself, because the other ones were badly scratched. But a lot of the fake UKPKs happen to have black handles with only one position for the wire clip. And if it's indeed new then why a $50 buy it now price? It's rather low.

I would pass. Ask to see pictures of the original scales.
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

Yeah it looks like homemade scales. There is no clip slots on the other side. The middle screw isn't counter sunk like the others.

They are not homemade scales. It's a fake
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

^I agree. Wasn't interested in the knife, just curious because it looked "off".
