New here, but this one looks unusual.

A place to list and reference all Spyderco counterfeits, clones, and replicas that are found. Anything that isn't a legitimate Spyderco fits in this area.

I only own 3 Spyderco knives myself (so far) but this one seems a bit odd to me. The location of the pocket clip just doesn't seem right and a quick search through the catalog doesn't show anything that even looks like this under the Gin-1 blade steels. Also the blade design itself seems a little unfamiliar. If anyone can school me please feel free, I just don't feel right about this one.

Thanks Gunslinger, after a quick online search I found a few pictures that matched the renegade name. I did try and check for it on the spyderco.com website catalog, but couldn't find it anywhere. Figured I'd check before I considered bidding on it. Would make a good glove box knife. We'll see if I can't up my spyderco IQ hanging out around here. Thanks again.

Yup, it's a Renegade for sure: SpydieWiki
The online catalog doesn't list all the models they have made, only the newer ones. The website hasn't been there from the start so older models aren't documented there.

The Renegade is one sexy MOFO.
Seems like a knife that came way before it's time. A sprint would be cool. :D

Thanks Creepo for the SpydieWiki tip. It's really helpful with the older models.
