I found this knife on eBay, I could not find this model and the serrations are very odd. It is described as, "SPYDERCO MINIATURE STAG HANDLE SERRATED FOLDING KNIFE"

Yes is is called a spyderkey aka hummingbird.
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

Somebody got a very good deal on that one. Even without a box, those usually go for well over twice what that one fetched.

They came in quite a few flavors too. Spyderkey Gallery

Thanks, I knew I should have checked all the links on your signature.

Had I known about this knife I probably would have entered a bid. Sixty+ and my education is still ongoing. ;)

Don't feel bad you did good on the civilian you picked up.

Yes indeed, I was very lucky. Unfortunately, my ability to find Spydercos that I need usually exceeds my knife budget. The C12S was one great exception. :)

Yup, that is the same one I sold, on Ebay, to him, about 3 years ago. It went for $110 back then. I had to go back a double check my pictures and feedback, and sure enough, it was the same guy. It looks like the serrations are a bit worn from then, but the scales and bolsters look the same.

The serrations look strange because the knife is so small. It is a Spyderco.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

Exactly. Here's a shot of one sitting on the cap from a beer bottle.
