If by worse, you mean closer to the mark--correct. At least it doesn't have the logos (yet!)

I have reported all 3 of them and sent an email to the seller several days ago. No response. I feel fairly certain he knows what he has. The first one I think went for 52 or 62 bucks. Someone really got took.
