Slotted Navigator Knock Off

This was one I'd never seen before (from eBay):
I remember seeing a few of these at the swap meets three or four years ago. They had soft aluminum handles with a very coarse opening action. The steel was of questionable quality. If I remember correctly they were going for around $5 and were not worth that. They were sourced from China.
