Thx buddy. Tomorrow i am going to sand it down and put a few layers of varnish on it. Curiouse how it is going to turn out when its finished.
And glad you like the name i gave it to her because her tail was full of little black spots. And spots translated to my local dutch dialect is Spikkels so that was were here name was based on. :grin-smiling-eyes

Yes the Netherlands is a fun country to visit.
I love the dutch more then my own countrymen.
They are more positive then us Belgians.
( Can maybe be because weed is legal there :grin-sweat )

I am also glad i am better but as things are healing on a slower speed now i fear the rest would take to long to stay home and also for the finance side of the situation its best that i try and work as much as my body lets me. And heal further while working part time. Its also a test how i will react to the stress of the factory floor since we are serverly understaffed for a few years now. So we will see how it plays out. :grin-big eyes

Thx friend! For some reason the ladybug is harder to photograph then most of my other spydies it does not focus so well ',:-|
And nice i also love them wish i had the spyderco version of the light. And believe me or not but that exact light is for me personally the best light in the world!
I have it on me everyday since juli 2005 and it still has the same battery! :hushed-face
Never have i ever seen anything so well build that runs on a battery . :rofl

I have a clear and a red bulb Proton for Deer hunting . I use the clear going to stand in darkness , has just enough light to not be to bright to attract much attention. Once in I go to red to set up at stand , Deer don’t see red well . Don’t get me started talking about battery life ! 😂🤣Dan

Also I got a present yesterday from my brother that is at home in an hunting environment.
A Souvenir as it were from his trip to Sweden in the summer.
Its not a Spyderco but as it is wonderfull gift it does belong here in my collection topic. :grin-smiling-eyes
So thx again Bro for the nice gift! ( I know you’re watching from the shadows ;) )

To keep it a little on topic could there ever be a Mora/Spyderco collab? :face monocle

Funny thing is that trail is in the middle of a deserted little forrest. So i have no idea how it is so clean. :face monocle
And no if something like that would happen then it would be probably my urban getting radioactive from the mushroom and not the other way around. :zany

I like the XL scales in and out of sunlight, nice touch and angle . What nut is in number 2 ? Hazelnuts ? They really centralize the scale color in the picture ! Dan

Thx Dan! I had luck with that Manix pic.
It was rather windy and the Manix kept falling off the ropes unthil the wind stopt just long enough to take the picture.

The nuts in the "tenacious bowl" are chesnuts if i am correct they grow on the tree with the leaves where the canadian flag is based on :grin-smiling-eyes

Hope you are having a good day!

I like the understated beauty of the Cuscadi scales .,Flytanium only makes a right version of the Lotus scales which is a disappointment. Dan
