My pimped Milli Familli :)

Post by archangel »

Thanks to Gernot, I contacted Cuscadi and they DID sell me a Millie backspacer! Talked to Lucas, a great guy. Couldn't be happier with the result!

Millie Rex45 // PM2 20CV // Para3 52100, all three pimped with deep pocket carry clips (I love the two-toned ones on the Para3 & PM2, super happy to have found them on the bay, they even match the scales colors perfectly! The Millie clip is rather functional, not as fancy, but the matt dark color actually fits the earthy Orange of the scales pretty well, too) and backspacers.

I know, many of you will say that the Millie series was designed open back, and this shouldn't we touched. I like it better closed, or partially closed. Feels better when I grip them with that little extra material. And adds a little extra color. I've said it before, I'm a townie. Not much mud or other heavy dirt around where I carry my Spydies, therefore no real need to disassemble and clean them frequently, where a backspacer would be an obstacle.

I am satisfied with this bunch the way they are now! Three keepers, that is for sure!! Inhouse designs at their best!

They look great, and a nice selection of steels in the classic tool steel/stainless/basic carbon steel combo too.
