Nice! I have a brown Delica 4. Need a shot of it with a shot.

Great idea for a thread! I'm guilty of taking pictures of my weekend morning coffee and whichever knife is in my pocket at the time. I've been posting them to Instagram for a while now. I'll just dump them here if you guys don't mind...

The mule is 4v and the patina is forced. It was a little more difficult to force than superblue or hap40, but I wanted to force it a bit before I put the scales on it. I have been using it primarily for food prep to let the patina develop further.

Ah gotcha. I am pretty unfamiliar with 4V, so wasn't sure how stainless it was. What made it react the most, citrus?
I may just have to pick up a 4V Mule now and try it out! :)

I eat a lot of grapefruit, and have had luck with them with just about any non-stainless steel...so yes citrus. So far I am really enjoying the 4v. This is my first fixed blade and have been utilizing it quite a bit. I hope to see this steel in some folders in the future, maybe a Chaparral (my favorite Spyderco for city living EDC).
