Hey Roland, when swapping your scales...is it easier to do so with the knife open or closed, or doesn't it really matter? Patiently awaiting my scales I ordered off Ebay 2 weeks ago
Hi Rick,
I never just do scales, but strip down completely and rebuild .... in theory you can, and probably want to keep the knife open, and put some tape over the edge first .... Will be a little tricky to keep it all together as you need to apply force to pull the old scales off the lanyard tube.
Good luck !
Roland.
