Just a place to post pictures of our favorite budget knives, the Endura and the Delica. Separate or together, it doesnt matter, just show your love for these awesome blades.

Aww come on now. there has to be somebody who, at least, slightly enjoys his Endura or Delica.

Thank you both!

I know this isn't really an econo knife, but it is an Endura :D .Image

Guess I'll be the first to post a Damascus Delica (Not one of the budget knives, but a high end version of a budget knife so I call it valid based on that flimsy technicality haha). It's my only Delica, and I'll have the matching Endura when it comes out, but I have gifted both a ZDP-189 and SuperBlue Delica to my dad, and he always has one on him. He carried the ZDP until I bought him the SuperBlue, and that's the one he's been carrying ever since. I handled it this last weekend and he's sure dulled it so I'll have to sharpen it for him...last week he borrowed my freshly sharpened Tenacious (Could push cut receipt paper) to cut some foam insulation for the new copper pipes we ran in the furnace room a few months ago because he had left his Delica upstairs and he couldn't believe how sharp it was...I'm sure I can get his SuperBlue sharper than my Tenacious due to the finer grain structure. I've always preferred the FRN Stretch because I like the finger choil, but the extra slimness of the Damascus version really works in my hand though and I do carry this knife, though more as a gentlemans folder when I'm not expecting any hard use...I'm sure it would hold up, but I have lots of more suitable knives for tough work.

That ZDP blade looks cool, is that just the lighting or did you do something to it?

It is partially the lighting, but compared side-by-side to the shine of the VG-10 models in the picture, it has a unique finish. I will see if I can get some better pics today (if the sun comes out).

Ironically, that white one is my favorite. I still carry the brown one from time to time, but the white is tops!

Do you have pictures of those modded Emerson openers in the closed position?
