Redwood Burl Southard

Postby Syncharmony » Tue Jan 28, 2014 10:08 pm

Hey guys and gals,

I've finished my upgrade of my Southard and finally have taken some pictures and am ready to post them up for your viewing pleasure. My clip was created by BF user STR and my scales were created by BF user spketch. Enough blabbing, here are some pictures, hope you dig em!

Looks great! I've been considering something similar with my Southard; putting wood scales on that is.

That is a really good-looking knife! They did an excellent job! Been thinking about buying another Native 5 G10 and having some scales made for it! I saw Radioactive Spyder's Native he posted and the scales were also amazing! :)

And spketch! I can't even begin to lay claim to the great work he did with the scales. Really stand-up guy and easy to work with too. I think this is my favorite design of STR's clip too, it's shorter than his normal clip and works just as well.

Beautiful knife. Mine is going to be a bit less classy in orange (pic with the Domino that isn't done from Shepard CC):
