It's a beautiful knife. The blade is thicker than I'd like, but its got really smooth action, and the fit and finish is spectacular. Decent factory edge, too.

I love my Southard. Haven't had a chance to put a new bevel on, but that's coming soon.

Hi Don, nice pic; why is the lanyard tube sticking out? Reassembled it the other way around? ;)

That's not the tube, that's the burnt end of my paracord fob.
I do my fobs that way so the cord doesn't interfere with my grip.
