Got a Matriarch in today and put it through it's paces! First was just foolin around and seeing what it could do, such as slicing hanging 550 cord, cutting through water bottles and milk cartons, but then I remembered some yard work to be done and set to work on that. Cut the stalks off some weeds using up water in our front yard (hooray California drought!) and then removed the roots with a mattock. Filled up about 3/4s of our organic recycle bin and the Matriarch still shaves arm hair. Loving the flat grind on this guy.

I just realized that I have no Sprint run Spydies... hmmm. I feel like I should be ashamed or something. I also just realized that I have not picked up another Spydie in general in quite a while. Been focusing extra cahs towards firearms lately. I better get that crap in check. Better get into my Spydie Backlog and cross some off the list...

Used my S90V/CPM154 PM2 again today, it saw some cardboard.
Just some :)
It didn't cut up all the cardboard though, my K390 Mule took care of some and then I switched over to the PM2 because I can. And the super thick stuff I found was just easier to compress by hand than actually cut into smaller pieces to fit into our recycling bin. All in all though, both knives saw a lot of cardboard and suffered some loss in sharpness but were easily brought back to shaving with a few strokes on medium stones

Dude, the title says "Show your User Sprints!". Not... take it out of the box for some pictures. :)
