Chokwe in the gum trees

#1

Post by Reject »

Was going to the pistol range today but got lazy and stayed home.
Then I got bored and took a few snaps of my current favorite Spyderco knife.

I’m glad you like to my photographs.
:D If they came out well it was due to the quality of subject, rather than any skill on part of the photographer.
The chokwe is a beautiful piece of art with a purpose.

:o Any way: same gum tree, different season, another Spyderco.

Very nice pictures.

They almost seem to lack any depth, though. I wonder what kind of results you can get by changing your angles some.

Thank you for the pictures.

I am very much a novice with the camera, but starting to enjoy using it.
So any advice or constructive criticism is most welcome.

:o I think I see what you mean.

I’ll try and work on that next time.

:D Thanks

Take a look at Mr Blonde's picture thread or blog, a lot of good stuff in there.

I'm liking the Chokwe more each time i see it. I don't think it's something i would carry though, it just doesn't suit my needs. I think it would be a great candidate for a smaller version, like the Paramilitary is to the Military. Parachokwe? LOL

A slightly smaller, lefty friendly chokwe would be my dream come true. I can imagine a full flat ground s30v wharncliffe blade would be a very powerful cutter.
