Spyderco stainless models ..

#1

Post by Shazam »

With all the great photography on this board I feel pretty bad about the poor quality iPhone picture. But Ive learned to love and share the beauty and functionality of the Spyderco!! These are some of my stainless steel handled models. All are used and have a very special place in my toolbox.

Image

My latest is a the C93S Navigator 2 .. but my favorite remans the Harpy...

This is the basis of a decent collection.... any suggestions for other STAINLESS handled models?

Nice collection, some really nice models in there!

I have a part time job of acting like I work for the police in the photo lab. "Enhance!" :p

Ive started a Spyderco collection for my 3 year old son. They are kept away and will be gifted when he is 16 or so.

Ive personally chosen to purchase and collect stainless models for him.

Nice photo, and real nice collection.

Thanks guys. Im looking for a suitable POLICE models (SE & PE). I'll also search out a Adventura and a few of the older models; Worker, Aviator & Kiwi... Ill post and update when I get some more stainless goodness.

Oh yeah ... more crickets too :) these are my EDC. there are no safe queens! these are worth their weight.

FIMS - that is very cool. I hope your kids appreciate their inherited collection!

My 13 year old daughter has a Pink and Stainless Spyderco collection that will rival some here.

I was beginning to think I was the only one who liked stainless models. ;) Nice collection. I have two Native IIs one Pe and one CE. To me the Native II is my ultimate favorite Spyderco knife of all time. I hope they make a SS version of the new Native and leave the swedge grind on it.

Shazam,

That is a great pic of a nice collection of S/S models !!! :) . I have a few Stainless Spydies but not near the spread that you've got there. It seems you are missing the SS Ladybug though ? I love mine as it sits on my keychain as a constant reminder that a small Spydie is all you need, but sometimes it is more fun to take the Millie out from your pocket.

I wish you the best in your hunt for more SS models. I'm sure some members here will be able to help you in your quest and if not then make a post on BF or KBST.
Cheers

You could also use an original C09 CoPilot.
