Nice work! There’s a lot to like about that design.

Modded a regular Endura. Blade is same length as Endela. I think the Endela would be a fine candidate for a wharnie blade. Not quite this shape though, but it’s what I had to work with.

Been wanting to do this mod for a while now. Finally got around to it this Previously I had rounded the edges of the scales a little, acid stonewashed the clip and made a “mini choil” if you will, as I tend to use it as a utility knife with some fine cutting tasks where I like to pinch the blade with my index and thumb near the tip and have my middle finger up real close to that cutting edge.

Jazz how did you do that mod?

I used a Dremel tool with a reinforced cut off wheel, diamond bits, a sanding bit, and a diamond disk for the top. Dipped in water to not ruin the heat treat. For the edge, I cut some with the reinforced wheel, diamond bits, and diamond disk. Various sandpapers and a strop for polishing the spine. Sharpened and made sure the edge was straight, and there you have it.

Endura straight spine mod by Razor Edge Knives. First pic is kind of a before and after type deal.

I half switched scales on my Rex45 and S35VN Native 5’s.
Now they have a Halloween/ Philadelphia Flyers look.

Very very crude and first mod. Testing my more budget friendlies first. Was straightening the spine on the tenacious but ran out of time. Also added a finger choil. The indent on the G10 is just a test for texturing. More to come. After work tomorrow.
