Since I have a lot of Dragonflies, I took a chance on this rounding of the spine’s point mod. I think it looks great, still looks 100% Spyderco, and feels great on the thumb.

I like it. I've been meaning to do that to mine. I generally don't like any sharp edges on my knives.

I'll post a pic of a straight spine Pacific Salt 2 here in a few weeks.

Did a little scale swapping yesterday. I've got the PM2/Rex45 and couldn't resist the Manix. I decided I didn't want 2 knives looking pretty much the same in the 2 Rex45 Sprints. I've always liked the Orange/Black combo so I knew I'd like that knife once swapped, but I honestly REALLY like the looks of those grey scales on the satin blade/hardware. I was hesitant at first, but like the way both knives turned out!

Nice orange and black, Rick.

I like my Dragonfly mod so much, I did my ZDP and Zome too. I still have a few stock ones. They’ll stay that way.

Thanks fellas! Very happy with the outcome and figured it could maybe help others that don't quite like the burnt orange or feel it doesn't look good with satin and may shy away from the opportunity on all these sprints coming up this year. I personally really prefer it to the Cutlery Shoppe orange. Don't pass up these Rex45's folks!! Great steel and scale color!

Makes me regret selling my DLC/M4 Manix last year. That would been even better than this set up!

Wasn’t happy with it. Spine wasn’t straight enough. Now it is.

Thank you kindly, guys. It really changes this great little big knife, yet still looks like it came from Sal's mind. I like them stock, with rounded humps, and this way. Can't go wrong with a Dfly.

No you can't. I need to get another one after my son fell in love with mine and I gave it to him.

Nice job, z4vdBt. Can you please tell me, if you have one, is the new Pacific's handle wider than the Endura's, side to side?

Heres a Resilience I played with. Blackwashed the blade, liners, and pocket clip. Heat anodized the pivot and screws.
