The reason I asked about the Nancyl stuff was because some people have reported some brittleness in the C-Tek when working it down.
But, it looks good when finished properly.
I dont know, how their process or construction is either, but we have a carbon fiber backing.
We experienced no brittleness when working the scale material. Maybe the CF makes the block more stable to work with or maybe the brittleness is in other materials used.
Mere guesswork on my behalf, as we experienced no such problems.
(there were a hitch or two on the way, but no brittleness;-))
