I recently picked up some AWT Agent Linerless scales and put them on my Manix 2 in CPM-20CV -- absolutely loving them! I also have the OCD4EDC bearing cage and lighter spring mod.

Image

They're aluminum and provide a nice weight reduction (the whole knife weighs 98g; by comparison, my Chaparral LW weighs 98g). I also prefer the modified ergonomics and the removal of the lanyard tube.

Color is titanium blue cerakote.
Current Collection
Chaparral (All Variants), Dragonfly 2 (VG-10), McBee, Sage 5 LW, Slysz Bowie, Stretch 2 (K390), UKPK Salt (LC200N)

Straight Spine modded Endura 4.

Belt sander to profile, then 150 grit and finally 400 grit sandpaper to finish, all sanding done in direction of blade length. Spine looks pro/original and took 10 minutes. Since modding it's become my most carried/useful folder.

I did a little tuning on the Spyderco Manix 15V. I replaced the tube with a new one made of titanium, the lock is made of brass, I removed the metal ball and replaced it with a ceramic one, I replaced the bolts with black ones and put a new clip made of titanium. I had a spring that wasn't as stiff as the original but I didn't like how it worked with it and kept the original spring. I can't say anything specific about the steel except that the knife is perfectly sharpened and downright frighteningly sharp. Otherwise, the clearances are not perfectly centered, the mechanics are a bit stiff, but after the tuning, everything is perfect.
