Pacific Salt and Bros

With my last batch of Spydies, a H1 Pacific Salt was included :)
Blade is slightly smaller than a Millie, slightly larger than the Para:

Sometime in 2010 I will be making an order of "All Black" tacticool Spydies. This will be one of them. Good comparison shots.

The Pacific Salt is probably my all time favorite knife. I may have to grab one in black someday. Great pictures.

I just bought a pacific salt as a Christmas gift for my dad and when I got it I wanted it too. Now that I have seen a black one I think I want that one.

Welcome to the forums ssmtbracer, the Pacific Black Bladed version is an awesome knive. The black and gold flat colors, ergonomic fit, exotic metal, and evolved plastic are a work of art to hold!

AWESOME :D
I plan on trying Duracoating the blade of a FG handled Polliwog, if that works I might attempt my just yellow handled SpyderHawk

I'll add some pics of the silver blade model for comparison. I like the knife's size (it's big) and lightweight, a true summer knife, but it might not be as robust as some others due to the lack of steel liners. It's just the blade in the FRN handle. The H1 steel is easy to sharpen but doesn't hold an edge too well.

As you can see in my pics above, no. Mine doesn't have a collector's number on the blade.

Agreed! Like I've said many times, it's (in my mind) the perfect 'evolution' of the original Endura which I loved from day one. Titanium clip, original liner free handles, rust proof, takes an edge, holds it well enough for my uses (not a "steel snob) ...what more could a guy want?? :D

So, how long has Spyderco been using screws on the Pacific Salt?? I love the idea!
