Hi Mad mule,

thanks, I like that one too :)

it is, of course, not the original grind, but this custom zero grind makes the knife a real sclicer :) If you want that, too, Tom Krein will help you out!

RIOT wrote:sorry to bump this, but im very curious why my delica above has an X scribed onto the lock bar, does anyone have a clue ?
Sorry don't know, but I've never heard of seconds being marked with an X before. It nobody comes up with a definitive answer, you can always call Spyderco and ask them directly.

i just cant see someone actually taking the time to make an X on the lockbar, so im assuming its from the factory and i could totally be wrong, maybe it was a way to mark that the knife was theirs? but the knife is brand new ????

Mr Blonde wrote:Thanks RIOT. However, I don't use a lightbox for these pics. Just the right kind of outdoors lighting, overcast days are the best.

everyday i wake up and hope for a overcast day here in southern california to take some decent pics i get let down! ive been waiting for the perfect picture day for awhile, i actually might need a light box, or take all my pics in winter...

seriously we havent had an overcast day in a long time, and im dying to try and take some better pics, never thought our weather would be a problem, this sounds bad i know.
