I have to say I share your thoughts exactly.. Ended getting it as a "side order" to something else, liked the looks of it. And the looks are OK, and the orange colour, I'm an orange freak :D
The sad truth is that you get what you pay for - which is not that much in this case. It's just not pleasant to use... The mechanics of it have not been thought of to the last detail.
Maybe some of the sites that sell folder kits and parts would have something you could repair it with?

Although no picture proof this time I could add that an in-promptu visit to the local knife shop ended up with a White Delica4 CE and a White Ladybug SE in my pocket.. Was not going to actually get anything this time but when I saw he still had those I could not resist - I believe I took the last ones... Also, it was nice to support the local business for a change.

Yeah. :(

Nice score on the Delica and Ladybug. :)

I'm brand new to this whole forum thing so as soon as I can figure out how to post pics I will. My most recent is a spyderhawk(I love it), before that(by about a week was a PE manix 2(also love it). I was introduced to spyders about 6 months ago, and I can't stop(or don't want to).

That's a really nice set. Did you sharpen the ambitious already? The edge looks polished from that angle.

Can you get an in hand shot of the ambitious? Can you tell me how well it operates/opens?

Thanks.

I love the set.
I have all of them except the tenacious because that is the one that everyone seems to want. I have given 6 of them away so i have to order a couple more of them.

Yea I sharpened it right out of the box. Here is a in the hand shot for you. The only one I have at the moment. It's easy to open and is comfortable to use when gripping.
