Wow you carry your Endura OPEN? I'd close it before putting it in my pocket!

Just kidding.

Why do so many people carry these compact flashlights in your pockets? And where do you keep them.. they look bulky?

Maybe I'm getting old, but I'm hardly ever out when its dark anymore. :o

If you're worried about a bulky flashlight, you should check out the Photon Freedom Micro Light (see my previous post for picture), that thing packs a brightness punch for its size! :D

heh, how did I know that was coming...?

The leatherman, the razr, and the flashlight go in respective carriers on my belt (also not pictured ;) ). That flashlight is a surefire clone, and is only about 5mm longer than the handle of the endura. However, out of that tiny little flashlight, it's an LED (luxeon star) putting out 5W/120 lumens, which is pretty decent. I find that having a flashlight comes in handy, a lot more than you might think in fact.

Those mini photons are great little lights for when you don't need to light up an entire room, or the woods around you....

Doesn't anyone carry an Atwood Prybaby, that essential knife saving tool? It's a lot more difficult to bend than a Spydie blade when you use the knife for purposes other than for which it was designed!

You bet. I've got one one my keyring, shacked up with with the SS Ladybug 3 and a Peak Matterhorn. A very handy trio.

Edited to add pics

In the pockets every day we have: Bob Dozier large folding hunter, Rick Hinderer kubaton w/pen setup, wallet, money clip (never liked carrying cash in a wallet) and the old keyring. Watch not pictured, it’s in the shop for a bit.

Also, my Versipack. There’s a Boker Wharcom clipped in one of the pockets and a Rinaldi/Shivworks Lil’ Loco hanging on the shoulder strap as an emergency holdout piece.

It's good to see this thread didn't die of shock after my pocket dump ;)

As for the compact flashlight questions, I carry my Coast TacTorch in a pouch on my belt next to the pouch for the Leatherman Wave, and I use that little thing about a dozen times a day. I even used it a few times in the Wind Cave while I was on vaction :D

I like the mini persian a lot...and so do even a lot of no-knife-people.

Apart from that, since I got it from Ed himself, it has some sentimental value :)

I agree, I've had lots and lots of spydies and one of my NKP friends said that it was my coolest folder yet. That is cool you got yours straight from Ed.
