For the New Year's Eve{t-Sylvestre} we went to Chateau Bromont just aside of the Ski Station Bromont in Québec, Canada. The restaurant's call «Les Quatre-Canards» with the chef Luc Boissy, cook for us excellent beef ribs with 3 peppers sauce... the great occasion for the gayle bradley blade to perform straight cut with the small finger in the air!

We had very good times with very good meal, very good wine bottles and a very cool DJ guys for ending 2010 and begin 2011.
