I believe it's brown canvas micarta. Definitely not G10.

is it lighter than the other ti mil? cause of its design?

Yes, I believe they start with the regular Ti handle slabs and then take away material in the 'fluting' process. I'm not sure about when the model is released to dealers etc...

I'm buried shoulder high in moving boxes, but everything is packed up now. Now it's waiting for the movers and doing some cleaning and chores in the new house. Caught some downtime to publish these pics I took a month or so ago.
