When Goose was with the White Sox, I got to see him pitch a few innings at Class A Appleton WI, on a rehab assignment. Nobody crowded the plate.

Five game series in Chicago starting today. Marmol got booted yesterday, both managers were upset with umpire calls of balls and strikes . Bullpen kept us in the game after Quintano rough start . We will be seeing the mighty Braves very soon ! Dan

Brew crew shut out LA last night in what ended up being a pitchers duel. Stayed up to a little after midnight to see if LA could overcome the 1 run lead...woke up to 4-0 loss glad I didn't loose any more sleep.

I went to bed when the crew was up 1-0 in the 5th...did not expect to wake up to a win, especially a shutout!

Anything is possible. I just feel like, what can go wrong next. We shut out the Dodgers and the next night our ace has a horrible night. Hope springs eternal, but it's getting late.

Unfortunately that happens to pitchers . When we played in Colorado , Mikolas was a disaster . Next two outings he is back in form .

Paul stayed up for game last night . This is second time this year Cards have won in bottom of 9th inning with a walk with bases loaded . Braves roughed up Montgomery pretty good but relief was pretty solid . Think Wainwright is pitching tonight . Dan

Ok ,I confess when Braves took the late lead I gave up and went to bed disgusted. Woke up late last night and checked to see final score and humbly went back to bed ! I’m on the CEO’s naughty list not finishing the game . Our schedule looks pretty good , we play the Brews and Cubs one more time . We better enjoy division games now with new format rolling out next year . Dan
