Well dang, my Sooners lost. It was the early game Saturday and I shut down for the day afterwards. I need to catch up on what else happened and to recalibrate my expectations. Congrats to Baylor.

I was also surprised at Michigan State.
Ohio State destroyed them.
Crazy season. Oregon traveled to Ohio State earlier this year and beat the Buckeyes.
Gonna be Ohio State vs Michigan next Saturday for the Big10

Alabama fell to #3 this week. Ohio State has moved up to their position. For that reason alone I hope Michigan wipes the field with Ohio State.

However, Alabama faces Auburn. That is a huge rivalry. it will be a knock down drag out game as Auburn tries to wreck the hopes of their hated rivals. It matters not that Auburn is ranked low. They prepare all year for this game. It is the only one that matters in the State of Alabama.

I got up at 4:30am to watch it. Alabama was getting pummeled. My opinion: Alabama should not be #3. They should be 5 or 6.
Of course, this is a blood match rivalry, so I guess getting beat up is part and parcel of this game and should not reflect on either team. Auburn came out ready and loaded for bear, that is a fact. Alabama still has not fixed the major issues of defense and protecting the quarterback.

LSU pulled off a miracle in the last few seconds of the game. Unbelievable.

Go Pokes. If you guys don't mind, I am going to switch my allegiances to Oklahoma State. Seriously though, they don't have a chance at the playoffs unless something crazy happens, but a one loss Big 12 champ(if they can beat Baylor) with a good bowl game would be awesome for them.

Absolutely no worries but, I have a feeling Baylor will win. The Big XII is so crazy man.....

The S.E.C. is just gonna be insane with Texas & Oklahoma coming in.
The S.E.C. West in particular!
I'm really hoping though, that although it doesn't make geographical sense, that they will put OU in the S.E.C. East, that was I can see OU play at Tennessee

Yeah I don't know what to think about OK and Texas moving to the SEC. It is going to be fun but a bit of a shock on the senses. I still haven't forgiven Arkansas for leaving the SW Conference.

Oh heck, I know. I would be really hurt if the S.E.C. or A.C.C. disbanded like the Big XII has.
Remember the Southwest Conference? 🙂
