ISTJ - Inspector: ISTJs are responsible organizers, driven to create and enforce order within systems and institutions. They are neat and orderly, inside and out, and tend to have a procedure for everything they do.

ITSP - Craftsperson: ISTPs are observant artisans with an understanding of mechanics and an interest in troubleshooting. They approach their environments with a flexible logic, looking for practical solutions to the problems at hand.

INTJ - Mastermind: INTJs are analytical probem-solvers, eager to improve systems and processes with their innovative ideas. They have a talent for seeing possibilities for improvement, whether at work, at home, or in themselves.

INTJs are perceptive about systems and strategy, and often understand the world as a chess board to be navigated. They want to understand how systems work, and how events proceed: the INTJ often has a unique ability to foresee logical outcomes. They enjoy applying themselves to a project or idea in depth, and putting in concentrated effort to achieve their goals.

INTJs have a hunger for knowledge and strive to constantly increase their competence; they are often perfectionists with extremely high standards of performance for themselves and others. They tend to have a keen interest in self-improvement and are lifelong learners, always looking to add to their base of information and awareness.

INTJs are sometimes referred to as Mastermind personalities because of their strategic, logical way of thinking. Other nicknames for the INTJ include:

The Conceptual Planner (MBTI)
The Architect (16Personalities)

INTJ is the third rarest type in the population, and the rarest type among women (with ENTJ). INTJs make up:

2% of the general population
3% of men
1% of women

Famous INTJs

Famous INTJs include Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Jane Austen, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Bill Gates, Dwight Eisenhower, Alan Greenspan, Ulysses S. Grant, Stephen Hawking, John Maynard Keynes, Ayn Rand, Isaac Asimov, Lewis Carroll, Cormac McCarthy, and Sir Isaac Newton.

70% Introverted / 30% Extroverted
As an Introvert, you are primarily focused inward, on your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Most of the time, you find it more energizing to be in quiet, peaceful surroundings than to be surrounded by noise or large groups of people. You tend to be reserved and keep your thoughts to yourself

58% Sensing / 42% Intuition
As a Sensor, you tend to focus on factual, practical things. You are drawn to things you can see and touch and do not spend much time thinking about abstract ideas. You are realistic and down-to-earth and often enjoy hands-on activities. You like to think and talk about real events and concrete facts, and have little interest in theory or fantasy.

71% Thinking / 29% Feeling
As a Thinker, you are driven by a desire to pursue rational, logical reasoning. You tend to think about things in a detached, unemotional manner, and are most comfortable when you can reason through an issue logically. You are disinterested in personal appeals, preferring your decisions to be objective. You can be competitive with others, and don't mind ruffling a few feathers to achieve your goals.

44% Perceiving / 56% Judging
Your life management style is a blend of Judging and Perceiving, and so you are neither a pure Judger nor a pure Perceiver. Because you do show a slight preference for Judging, we can classify you as a Judger type. However, it’s more accurate to say that you are a bit of both Judger and Perceiver: you tend to use both styles in your life, and you may switch from one to the other depending on the situation. Many people find they are more Judging at work, and more Perceiving in their personal lives.

You got off into INTJ but your test shows ISTJ. You can learn a lot about your self with this. This has been scientifically studied and verified over and over. Of course, as an individual, you will vary a bit from the basic ISTJ.
