Kephart in 3v inbound. Considering getting one in AEB-L to compare, but I really want the FK in that.

You guys are total enablers.
From my understanding the FK will not be available or made with AEBL. They were only doing both steels on the DEK1 and Kephart as an experiment.

Good luck guys! 2pm pacific, 5 pm eastern.

Looks like it is just going to be for the new 5" model. I was hoping for DEK1.

The 5 inch be "$245. It's the most affordable knife that we offer." says Nathan.

Edited to add: This looks positive, "DEK1, Kepharts, 5" Basic, Friday August 27th"

I really do not know what just happened over there. Maybe I'm in, maybe I'm not. Who knows?

Nathan, please just put them on your site.

Lollyscramble, I don’t do that **** no more. Got a couple fixed blades in magnacut being made hehe. I’m going to be in for a Super Duty Field Knife 100% for sure but I think I’ll be done with Carothers after that, I don’t need a million of them. I hope you guys can snag one and it gets easier once they post on their website.

I agree Josh.
You really don't need anymore than that.

If anyone wants a DEK1 in AEBL, they are still available, but these are the last of them. No more DEK1’s will be made from my understanding. The DEK2 will be released sometime next year.

I scored a DEK-1 in AEB-L! Thanks to murphjd25 & MacLaren for pointing the way. :usflag

Now hopefully I can get one more Carothers in D3v to see what all the praise is about. 🤞

That's great!
I was so tempted but, I'm saving my sheckles for a Basic Field Knife or an HD Field Knife.
I'll prolly get the Basic.
Btw, did you see the video I posted on that Delta 3v?
If ya haven't, check it out 😀
