IMO, this is one of the best YouTube channels that covers true paranormal subjects. I might have mentioned that in an earlier post, but it bears repeating. The production quality is outstanding.

If anybody is really interested in this subject, I strongly recommend listening to the entire video, including the part in the first half where David Paulides reads letters submitted by viewers. Some of their experiences and/or viewpoints are very insightful.

There are many people, even some others who have legit channels on the paranormal, who believe that DP (David Paulides) is exaggerating the missing person accounts in his 411 research, to make normal disappearances seem unusual so they can fit his narrative. To that I say BS. You can tell they never actually read any of his books. If they had, they would know that he only presents facts, so the presentations actually come across as dry. It's the consistency of the patterns in the cases that merit inclusion in his research that make them disturbing. He researches each case more deeply and meticulously than what you would find in a cursory internet search (which is the limit of what his critics are willing to go to).

I am not a DP 'shiller' or whatever his critics might take me for. There are a couple opinions DP has on certain topics that I don't share. But there are many people out there who purposely spread false information on DP (such as his Wikipedia page, which was put up by DP's critics, who spread lies to discredit him, and which has proven impossible for him to get removed). To have a valid opinion on something requires one to be a critical thinker, and to have actually looked deeply enough into a subject so that opinion has merit. There are people who DO NOT want this information to become accepted as common knowledge.

Just finished watching that one, thanks for finding it and sharing. That whole area is not far from where I live and I’ve been hiking and fishing in many areas located in the “Bridgewater Triangle” boundaries. The few local urban legends that I had heard about the Bridgwater Triangle were covered in the documentary and then some. I learned a lot and it definitely gave me some motivation to explore the area a bit more. The Assonet Ledge in particular looked like a fun spot to visit.

Little bit of a side tangent but sometimes in my spare time I like to sketch and design my own knives and one way I often begin that process is by giving myself a design prompt to follow. One of the prompts I’ve used in the past was to “design a knife that a Pukwudgie would make and use.” The process may not produce the most practical designs but it’s definitely a fun way to be creative.

Also, thanks! It was a fun design challenge but I’d still like to return to it in the future to create something new. I was able to create a few designs that I liked but I feel like there is still more I could do.

The designs I came up varied in size. I was originally trying to come up with something small but I found myself subconsciously imitating the Boker Gnome too much. I absolutely love that knife: the design, the name, the execution… I think it’s just perfect!!! I just wish it was a Spyderco, then I would own 10 of them!

I checked out the Boker Gnome, and it looks like it very well could be a Spyderco-like design, as the blade is tall/wide enough to accommodate a small Spydie hole. I wonder if Spyderco would make a really small FB design like that; maybe you could design "the Puckwudgie" for Spyderco!

Bigfoot Sighting, Walking on the Train Tracks

I'm not sure if this is a Bigfoot or some type of vehicle that heat waves are causing to look like some type of living creature. There is a flashing light on its "head." So I am.not going to say I think this IS a "Bigfoot."

OTOH, flashing lights, such as orbs, are often seen in the vicinity when Bigfoot, Dogman, and other cryptid creatures are sighted. Many cryptid creatures and other paranormal beings are also reported to have self-illuminating eyes, even in the daytime. But with a flashing light on its "head"? I don't know.

If I were the guy shooting the video, and if I wanted to know for sure it was an anomaly and NOT something easily explainable (like maybe a MOW car that heat waves are causing to appear as if it's walking, or shifting from side to side), I would have gotten out of my car, walked a little closer to it, and tried to video it from another angle, to get a different perspective. The guy who filmed it said it disappeared after he took a break from filming. Why take a break from filming what could have been a once in a lifetime opportunity? It's not as if he'd been sitting there filming it for 15 minutes or an hour. Because of this, I'm NOT willing to say this is a Bigfoot or other cryptid, but I'm posting it here as something of possible interest. It's definitely way too large to be a man wearing a hat with a light on it.
