Christian Kirk getting a huge deal from the Jags…making him the 3rd highest paid WR behind Hopkins and Julio Jones…lol I hope Devonte Adams breaks the bank for the Packers or some other team. He is way better than kirk!!

They announced today tickets at Packer games will be more . I thought Adams was going to be franchised ?

He hasn’t signed it yet. A lot of times they negotiate a long term contract instead of signing the tag before the deadline

I believe he could also be traded as well (before he signs the franchise tag deal)

If he does move on AR will have a monumental meltdown . I won’t be surprised either way , he is a great player and deserves compensation.

Haha, Bubby Brister!! That's a name I didn't think I'd ever hear again.

Very strange signing for the Steelers. One of my best friends is also a Steelers fan and he is not very enthused right now. I expected a more impactful guy. Heck, even Jimmy G.

Lol! Well, I have a feeling this one will pass by week 8.

I also thought the Steelers would’ve been in the market for someone like Jimmy G. Maybe they still are and Trubisky was to replace Mason Rudolph? I’m actually kind of surprised the Steelers weren’t more interested in trying to get Deshaun Watson as well.

I heard the Falcons are interested in Deshaun Watson. If they did that, Matt Ryan would suddenly need a new team. Makes me wonder if the Steelers would be interested in getting Matt Ryan.

Yeah I’m seeing reports that Davante Adams was traded to the Raiders today and reports are saying he’ll be the highest paid WR in the league. I haven’t seen any numbers yet though. AFC West is loaded.

Wow ! I thought it was a wrapped up deal the way it was reported . I bet AR is having a epic fit . This will be interesting for the Pack .

This makes me think AR is in this for multiple years and is willing to have a little bit of a rebuild with cheaper/drafted players so he can still make a bunch if money

Just read 141 mil 5 year contract for Adams . He played with Carr in college and are buddies . Pack get a first and second round pick in draft . Apparently AR was aware of of the issue and signed his contract . Pack offered to match the Vegas deal and he turned it down .

Baker Mayfield must feel like a million bucks.
They try to trade him away and when that doesn't work he asks for a trade and they say no......
Stupid move by the Borwns for multiple reasons.
- Watson would never wanna live in Cleveland
- odds are he'll be in trouble again
- Baker Mayfield works his butt off, stays outta trouble, legitimately wants to get better, etc....now they have really probably ruined that...he'll always hold a grudge
- just a really dumb move by Cleveland imo
Personally, I'd take Mayfield over Watson and I thank heavens we got Trubisky & not Watson
That Watson cat is trouble imo...

I wish we could've gotten Matt Ryan!!
Not sure why they signed Trubisky so quick.
But, maybe Trubisky might just suprise us?
Let us not forget he was under Matt Naggy, I think?
Pittsburgh maybe a great place for Trubisky
Still, Ryan would have really interesting!

Trunisky could be the deal of the year or a huge bust . I thought Naggy ruined him when he played for the Bears . I would not touch Watson with a ten foot pole , too much baggage, what team could trust him ?
