The Colts win free agency for absolutely fleecing the Commanders and the Falcons.
I've got to agree. Matt Ryan for a 3rd rd pick?? Yea he's getting older, but he's never injured and that offense he had last year was TERRIBLE! Great pick up for the Colts. Play action with Jonathan Taylor in the backfield, OOOooooOOOo baby!
Yeah I was really surprised when I heard it only took a 3rd round pick to get Matt Ryan. He is a clear cut upgrade over Carson Wentz in my opinion. The Colts definitely improved with this move. Jonathan Taylor plus a competent quarterback will be a nightmare for anyone.

Also Michael Pittman, who quietly had a pretty solid season with Wentz. Their receiver room isn't too deep or impressive, but we've seen Brady win Super Bowls with Jabar Gaffney as his #1!

I also know of a free agent receiver out there that has caught a couple passes in his day from Matt Ryan! Just a thought.

This move SHOULD get them into the playoffs if they play as well as they did last season.

The Colts could prove to be very potent next season.
It's just the A.F.C. is absolutely loaded man...

For real! It's been awhile since either conference was CLEARLY this dominant. That AFC is something else. A shame when a 12-5 team misses the playoffs this coming season. Yet some 8-9 NFC team will limp in!

Rick, what's your take on the Giants this season.
Imo, it's amazing what a Head Coach can do.
I gotta wonder/hope if this will be the right combination for the Giants.
I still believe too, that Jones can be so much better.
Maybe I'm being foolish?

I'm not expecting any MAJOR turn around this year. Though if they can just stay healthy, even semi healthy...a 7-10 season would be an improvement in the right direction. Poor Jones has a new coach and/or coordinator EVERY season so far in his career. He never has a full compliment of his weapons, plays behind a poor line that also didn't have a good run game to take any pressure off of him last year, before he also got hurt.

Jones has showed glimpses of what he can do, and I've been impressed a few times. A little more stability within the organization, more fortunate luck with injuries, I think we could turn it around over the next few years.

Yep and he’s going to the Dolphins! Tyreek Hill is the last receiver I want the Patriots to have to defend twice a year. I heard it was either the Dolphins or the Jets so he was coming to the AFC East either way.

Seems like this is one of the first negative results of Mahomes’ mega contract he got. They have him so much that they had to cut ties with their elite wide receiver. I also wouldn’t be surprised if they decide to move Travis Kelce before his contract is up.

Dolphins giving Tyreek Hill $120mil for 4 years is a crazy deal. 72 mil guaranteed! I think they’re going to regret that one when it comes time to give Tua a new contract. IF they even plan to do that is another question though.

I feel like Tyreeks career is going to go down hill in Miami. No more MVP QB play

I have no doubt it will.......he's gonna wake up one late mid December morning with a losing record, no fans and absolutely no TV commercial deals and think ro himself, this sux......
Dude had it absolutely made at Arrowhead.
It's not like the Chiefs wouldn't have payed him well.

Yup. I just dont understand it Rick.
I know he already has 1 Super Bowl Ring.
But imo, he's also taking a chance at missing the Hall of Fame too.
He had it soooooo good at KC imo.....those fans are incredibly good to the players. Ain't gonna be nothin like that in Miami.

I heard he was offered the 21-22 million per year range from KC and he was on the fence. Then Adams struck his deal with the Raiders and he got more greedy.

I really don't understand these guys. Can you really not live on 21 million a year!?! Still playing with the best QB in the league and a pretty darn good team overall every season. These guys blow my mind sometimes.

Don’t be surprised if his numbers go down . He is leaving a quarterback who gave him tons of yardage and one who is a short passer . I kept hearing yesterday he has a home there and was a big reason also to take the contract .

Absolutely 💯 % his numbers will not only go down, they will plummet!!
Honestly, his numbers would even drop a little with Tom Brady.
I say this because in many ways Patrick Mahomes is the best QB in the league. (Brady, is the GOAT though)
With Mahomes, he always is able to extend plays - and for a QB to extend a play is magic for a guy like Tyreek Hill. You may even double up and cover Tyreek for a few seconds but, if that play is extended for longer, then Hill will get open and the rest is history.
That's not gonna happen in Miami.
Tyreek is in for a rude awakening imo.

Yep, he'll get the reality check like Randy Moss did when he went and played for the Raiders!

Virtually everyone I've talked to in the past 24 hours here in the Kansas City area all think that Tyreek Hill really screwed up his career by leaving KC. What he's going to find out quickly is that Brett Veach and Andy Reid will find a decent replacement for him way before the 2022 season begins. If it wasn't for Andy Reid willing to take a chance on him he never would have gotten to play in the NFL in the first place. Not to mention the Chief's organization stood by him a couple of years ago when he got in that trouble being abusive to his girlfriend and child. He was extremely fortunate to have gotten out of that jam. I can guarantee that the Dolphin's organization won't let him get away with any of that type of crap.

Mr. Hill is going to terribly regret this decision before the year is over with.
