Well gang, I got to watch a future super star play the other night. Arch Manning, son of Copper Manning, his Grandfather Archie Manning and Uncles Peyton and Eli Manning. Arch plays for the same school that both Peyton and Eli played for and heck, prolly Archie too, Newman High School in New Orleans, Louisiana.
And wow does he look good! He's just a Junior, so he has another year at High School but, there's no doubt he is N.F.L. material. And, I don't say that lightly.
The team they played were out of Florida and had much more firepower than Newman. However, Manning was a lot of fun to watch.
He reminds me of both Peyton and Trevor Lawrence. That's a truly deadly combination.
Seriously gang, if this kid wasn't all that, I would say so. And, it's not like this was a highlight game of his team playing a weaker opponent. No, Manning was under duress for most of the game. And games like that will show ones true colors imo. Yeah, he has speed, agility and can really freakin pass the ball.
So, just know we have another Manning coming our way. ....
Edit, he also reminded me at times of Eli too.
Trifecta??? Dam well may just be...

I've heard a lot of good things about Arch Manning. Could just be consolation but I believe I've heard Peyton Manning say that Arch could end up being better than himself and Eli when he gets to the NFL.

They're clearly a very talented football family and it will be cool to see the legacy continue with Arch... (As long as the Jets don't get him ;))

Eli said himself, I don't know if he was just praising his nephew or if he meant it...but he said Arch can already make throws that he couldn't make early in his NFL career (even as a former #1 overall pick) If that's true, this kid has some incredible ability still being in high school!

Like...are you for real kid!?!? Hahah! That throw was INCREDIBLE!

Lol, yeah guys, I don't think think Peyton or Eli were just saying that. He smooth as freakin SILK for a Junior in High School. Gonna be a lot of fun watchin Arch come up. I'm tryin to figure which College he will attend.
If I had to say right now, I would say Ole Miss.
He wears Uncle Peytons number, so maybe honor his Uncle Eli and his namesake Grandfather Archie by going to Ole Miss?
Then again, Dabo may very well get him.
What do yall think? (Impossible to guess, I know but fun right ? 😀)

I saw some clips on Twitter. Peyton and Eli really do put on an entertaining show. Love the jokes with their guests. Way more likeable than Aaron "serial killer from the 1970's lookin' dude" Rodgers

^^^ LOL

I was watching the end of the Celtics game and missed that part of the broadcast with Brady. I do tend to watch the games with the Mannings commentating though.

Nick, this is the 1st game I've watched with the Mannings......I kept forgetting about it!!
I'm gonna start watching them every Monday.

Russ with those young and talented wr's, along with Harris in the backfield, a ferocious defense...I'd love to see him a Steeler (they've always been my AFC team)

A little off course, but I gotta say, we finally had a real fall this year up in the Blue Ridge....the leaves were absolutely magnificent this past weekend.
I truly enjoyed our ride home from the Smokies back to the Blue Ridge. This pic however, is in my home county of The Linn Cove Viaduct - the Viaduct in itself a feat of Engineering.(Figg&Muller) Hope everyone else had some beautiful foliage this year....

Yep, I went on a motorcycle trip through Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York last weekend and the foliage was at its peak! We totaled around 700+ miles all said and done, it was a good trip.
