Re: Curious, whats everyone's edc backpack?
I'm afraid I cannot help because if it doesn't fit in my cargo pockets, it doesn't get carried. Still, I like to see the gear others carry!

Source Rider - cycling bladder holder, essentials storage, fits A4 format, travel backpack paired with checked baggage. The only downside is non padded back and straps.
Mystery Ranch ASAP - when i need to carry more/bigger stuff or travelling without luggage.

Re: Curious, whats everyone's edc backpack?
One of these two at the moment depending on where I'm going or what I'm taking.
-- Timbuk2 Classic Messenger (small)
-- Timbuk2 Division Deluxe Backpack
I used to carry more tactical oriented bags but have since moved to casual packs. For camping or bugout, different packs would be used entirely.

I have a North Face bag for my get home bag, but it's too large, so I'm looking at getting something smaller.

Yeah, I like them a lot. They are made in San Francisco and are very durable and well put together in general. I've had 3 products from them now, the other being an iPad type case and I have no regrets.
Tip: check out their "Garage" section, you can find big discounts on closeout models or last year's colors.
So it goes.
Re: Curious, whats everyone's edc backpack?
i usually go back and forth between a 5.11 moab 10 and a kelty redwing 32 depending on how much i need to carry and whether or not my camera is coming with me.

Re: Curious, whats everyone's edc backpack?
They both work great. I plan to buy another one of the smalls. They're quite durable but not too heavy. Lots of straps on the outside for carrying sleeping pads etc.Trav64 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 7:45 amHa yes, a fellow varusteleka lover! I find the smaller one to be the perfect size for EDC once a water bottle holder is added (Or you can use the stock hydration bladder compartment).
