Going from top to bottom, left to right, here's what my Forerunner shows at a glance:

- battery level
- moon phase
- next sunrise or sunset time
- date
- heartrate
- time
- step tracker
- calories expended
- current elevation
- the weather

I'm so used to checking my wrist for the weather, date, elevation etc., it feels weird when I wear a watch without those features.
Wow that's a complete package and beautiful form factor too, looks very clean and functional. I'm not even gonna ask about retail on that one, being notoriously cheap and all. At this local honeyhole my pup sniffed out they just keep giving me great deals on these used ProTrek, and the OCD isn't helping...

Excellent choice Sir, I believe it has the same module as this ProTrek B50YT. Mine says 5601 and is a quad sensor, would you mind sharing yours?

Thanks Mac, some article said that both these models share the quad sensor non solar module, perhaps different modules for different batches, reason I requested a confirmation. Once you learn how to read the caseback it's kinda easy to decypher and date any Casio with a serial number. You do need good eyes or a magnifying glass and even then the lasercut can be so delicate that you really need a good light source, preferably from the side as to catch the fields.

That ^^^^ really is nice! The numbers are large, white, very easy to tell what time it is.
Just a super, super, cool watch.

A big change from the usual G Shocks that I ordinarily wear. Mrs. R got this Peugeot for me for Christmas. It's a good old fashioned infantry watch for a good old fashioned infantryman like me!

Not wearing it yet, because I just ordered it, but soon I'll be posting a pic of my first Laco pilot watch.
Very nice, can't wait to see pictures when you get it.

It hasn't been as soon as I had hoped, but the Laco finally shipped today. I had to order it twice because the first dealer had stock issues so I cancelled that order. Ended up finding one on eBay for a smaller price tag and the seller just gave me the tracking number today :)

ImageI got got this gift from zforum member max808 today . It took 43 days to get to mail box and it was still keeping time . This is my first Casio and I’m on a big learning curve. I have managed to set time but stuck in military time and need to set month and day . Really is a beauty with changes Max made and bracelet fits perfectly. Thank you Max for your kindness and much appreciated. Buddy Dan
