Abolutely smashed my previous best time on this mountain trail:
When I started running this trail I was doing it in 55-60 minutes going up, and about 35 minutes going down.
Today I got up in 33 minutes, down in 16!
It's 6 miles round trip, hardly any of it flat or with solid footing. Starting elevation is 680', max elevation is 1460', though there's more overall elevation gain than those numbers imply.
I've losted 12 pounds since I bought my Salomon speed cross shoes and started running consistently. Feelin great!
