My $600 came in today. Planning to get myself a Cold Steel Recon Tanto and maybe a Leatherman Signal. The rest I'll save for more practical endeavors :D

As luck would have it, somebody got a hold of my Soc Sec number and illegally used it to file taxes with me as a dependent, and then they claimed my last stimulus check. I assume they will do the same again, but I'll check the bank account to see tomorrow.

I've already been to the IRS/Soc Sec Office and they said for me to get any of these checks I need to file taxes and special forms notifying the US Govt that I'm due the cash.

Long and short of it is: I went to the govt to notify the govt I did not receive my check, and the govt told me that I had to notify the govt with govt forms to pay me the money the govt wanted me to have.

:D

Seeing your love of yours for a while there certainly doesn't help! Josh as well as Zaba's in "the others" thread peaked my interest today too.

i just ordered the damascus/zome delica. i'd love to also order the dlc m390 manix, but i'm not sure i can justify another knife purchase, even with the stimulus money.

i'd also love a cold steel 4 max scout and espada xl just because.
keep your knife sharp and your focus sharper.

Mine is going into savings, however, if something pops up that I really have to have, then I'll get it.

I'm gonna have some trigger work done by The Sig Armorer. His work is worth its weight in gold imo.

CRKs are excellent knives. I own five. My favorite is my large 21 Insingo. IMO, in terms of tolerances and durability, nobody surpasses them.

I will say that Spydercos cut better out of the box, due to the slightly convex edge bevels that CRK puts on their blades.

As far as my stimulus check, most likely it will be deposited into my savings account (or checking account).
