After more than a decade on this boat I'm still undecided. The pay is great but the last time I managed to get time off was close to 3 years ago. Maybe somewhere there is a job with some balance...

This is not much of a sunset, however,
today is the summer solstice.
That little fireball above the edge of the lake
is as far north as the sun can set at this latitude.
One of the summer solstice traditions is to have a bonfire.
Too hot and dry here for that.
Where is a good pagan ritual when you need one.
On this day exactly 51 years ago,
I was at Stonehenge.
They really knew how to do rituals there.

the Yamaha V-Max motorcycle club
had a Southwest Region ride in the Texas Hill Country.
Of course we had to stop at Texas Stonehenge
and sacrifice a... young lady.

Is the "boat" as large as it is, pushed around by crosswinds?
