Can't remember a time when we started the season 1-2🥴. We squandered a 13 point lead and then choked for the rest of the game. When will 2020 end?

😁
Larry.........yall played KANSAS
and, only lost by 3.....and had a 13 point lead.
Seems to me yall are in pretty good shape
Carolina on the other hand......well, let's just say at least its not last year :(
Seriously, yall have great talent, and they will come along.
I'm just not sure whats up with Carolina. Seems like we can't recruit that well anymore?
We look pretty good on defense but we're way behind on offense. 19% on 3's and the past two games we're 3-31 (9%). It's too early to make an assessment at this point but it's safe to say we really need a point guard. 17.3 turnovers and 3 assists a game isn't gonna win a whole lot of games.

There is, however, a huge difference between December and March and I think both teams will be doing fine by then. UNC does have a very difficult next 3 games though! #17 Texas today, #3 Iowa and #23 Ohio state afterwards....should be a heck-of-a test.

Well, a point guard is absolutely essential in making a deep run in the Dance. No doubt about it.
Ya never know, someone may come off the bench and just explode. Its possible.
And, I love it when that happens. Although rare, its so cool to see....
Lol, we're gonna get exposed these next 3 games....

We can't really blame Covid because all teams are affected, but these more experienced teams with Jr's and Sr's are good. Having the Jordan Brand classic cancelled along with the other "all American" games really hindered these freshman, or at least that's what I'm telling myself :D

Saw this a few minutes ago and laughed: "Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski on Tuesday called on college basketball to consider whether it's best to continue playing during the COVID-19 pandemic."I would just like for the safety, the mental and physical health of players and staff to assess where we're at," Krzyzewski said." Krzyzewski's comments came after an 83-68 loss to Illinois. :p

I came in from the garage where, I was working on a mule handle only to watch ND put a 20 point lead on UK while at home and before the 10 minute mark in the 1st half. 🤦‍♂️

Welp back to the garage....

Well they made it close and nearly won the game, but missed the winning shot. Down 24 and lost by 1 sounds encouraging, at least and they still, however, have a long way to go. Looked pretty good pressing on D, so maybe that's a bright spot. :o

Yes! I saw that final score. I was like, oh man.....
But, we barely held our own against NC Central today
I dunno, Larry. Gonna be long year for Carolina.

I was certainly expecting better than this from Carolina

Around here Paul, UK is what most live and breathe. Every season is a potential Championship and the hype never ends. Folks here will plan their vacations and even weddings to fit the schedule, they follow the team all over and will cause another school to sell out tickets to Cats fans.

You can watch UK playing Georgia at home and hear the UK fans chanting over the Dawgs fans because there will be more UK fans there than Georgia. :D

That said, when the outcome of a game don't go their way, it's the sky falling! We get accused of lining up to jump off bridges and if we win we burn couches in the streets  When you put so much love and passion into following a team you set yourself up for disappointment and it hurts, but, for the most part, folks dust themselves off and start preparing for next year.

I know you all have the same craziness we do :p

Gosh Larry, we got some great bball today
I really wanna watch that Iowa Gonzaga game today. Its right before we play each other
Larry, I really like that Iowa team. I think if they would concentrate on their defense a bit more they could win it all. Of course, Iowa will see just how good they are or ain't today playing Gonzaga
