One of the most universally loved men on the planet. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about him.

It’s official, 2020 is now the worst year ever.

RIP Mr. Trebek.

Man, I love Jeopardy!
I've watched it since '84 and, I am just terribly sad to learn that Alex passed away.
The show will just never be the same....

I don't think I'll be able to watch this show anymore. Especially if they bring in some clown like Drew Carey like they did to replace the legend Bob Barker. Very sad day, was really pulling hard for Alex :(

Very sad, so many memories, going way back to high school. I just watched two episodes last night. I always loved the show, and Alex. It wouldn't have been as good without him. He will be missed.

Not into game shows. I remember when this first aired, I was like: "Who's Alex Trebek?"

I will be watching all of the remaining episodes this season. It will start out bittersweet, then get just plain sad.

I remember watching Jeopardy after school with my grandmother and us trying to "win". All good things must come to an end. RIP Alex.

Well he made it almost 80 years. There are scores of people on this planet that don't make it anywhere near that far. He did battle that cancer for longer than I thought he would using the poison that western medicine uses.

There have been a lot of celebrities die in the past 3 years.

The NHL had a write up on Trebeck and his involvement with ice hockey and it's a tear jerker.
