Wanted to share some info. I have had the Bow River and these Z-Cuts about a month now and have used them daily in the kitchen. The Z-Cuts are awesome, especially the serrated one. The Bow River is also pretty nice for heavier tasks like splitting lobster shells etc., If any of you guys/gals are looking for an affordable kitchen knife, I can recommend all 3 of these, especially the serrated Z-Cut.

Nice!
I had the most disappointing Thai fried rice last week...
I went to a Thai joint in Alabama. The calamari was perfect and the Thai tea was wonderful. But, the main courses? It was as if someone forgot to season it.
Just bland... Spicy and bland...
Nothing I hate worse than a spicy morning movement, without the memory of a great meal.

Haha, that sounds like me on my off days. I only eat good at work, at home I never feel like cooking unless I have company.

Doing food service? I've been seeing a commercial kitchen in the past few shots. It's making me reminisce.
