Stuffed peppers, picked today in Alexander Valley. Ground beef, Italian sausage, rice, mushrooms and red onions. Cooked on the grill just because of my gender.

Got the dehydrator out and there's eye of round in there now... Love beef jerky still warm from the dehydrator. Goes great with the bourbon iced tea and lemonade I'm drinking
