The hunting camp special! First time I had it was in the middle of nowhere.

Pork chops: salt pepper and garlic

Refried beans: cooked in same pan after pork

Tortillas: Guerrero - ready to cook

Cheese: if you have it. Not necessary and usually don’t on this.

filets & roasted potatos. caramelized onion to top steaks with. (not pictured) mango sorbet for dessert, first time trying to make it from scratch.

After 2.5 hours of trick or treating I cooked some lamb tacos with fresh homemade pico and pickled onions to finish off the night. Hit the spot!

Special dry rub grilled chicken, sweet potato w/butter and cinnamon, green beans and goat cheese…paper plate (I cut everyone’s up after we’re done) 😉 p.s. - the GB2 is getting a whole lot of pocket time 👍
