NICE!

My new stand mixer should be here soon. I'm christening it with a cheesecake.

Wife is making squash bread and zucchini bread with stuff from our garden. I'm excited to eat warm bread.

Mmmm...zucchini bread in the summer, persimmon bread in the fall. Two of my favorite things!

Dinner tonight is pork neckbones that were cooking in the slow cooker all day and some rosemary (from my patio) roasted red potatoes. Also made a gravy from the cooking liquid leftover from the slow cooker. If you have never had pork neckbones you are missing out. Really succulent meat and very cheap.

I've never tried those, but they look great. And more slow cooker ideas are always welcome.

Nice. I usually make something up from what I have, but always look for new things to try. Thanks.

I've neglected this thread lately. I made sure to snap a picture of my wife's plate tonight, before sending it out.

On a side note. There aren't many things that are more satisfying than a perfectly cooked pork tenderloin!
